1. Who we are

OnChart ("OnChart," "we," "us," or "our") is a trading intelligence platform operated by Shalva Janashvili, registered in Israel. Our registered address is Waizman Street 131, HaSharon, Ra'anana, Israel.

We provide educational analysis tools, structured learning, market-research utilities, and a behavioral self-assessment, all delivered through our web application at onchart.ai. We are not a financial advisor, broker, investment service, or signal provider. We do not hold, manage, or trade funds for any user.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using OnChart, including the onchart.ai web application, our TradingView indicators, our Discord community, or any associated service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using our services.

These Terms apply to everything within OnChart. Where a specific product has its own terms, those supplement these general Terms rather than replace them. If they conflict, the product-specific terms govern for that product.

3. Educational purpose, not financial advice

This is the most important section of these Terms.

Everything OnChart provides, every tool, indicator, report, AI-generated analysis, lesson, and community discussion, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is:

(a) investment advice, a trading signal, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument;

(b) a solicitation or offer to buy or sell securities, derivatives, forex, cryptocurrencies, or any other financial product;

(d) personalized financial advice tailored to your circumstances.

Our tools help you analyze market data. You make the trading decisions, and you alone are responsible for them and their outcomes. OnChart has no knowledge of your financial situation, risk tolerance, or objectives.

When our tools show areas where price may react, trend conditions, momentum readings, or other analytical output, these are observations to support your own analysis, never instructions to trade.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OnChart. By using our services you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter binding agreements. Our services are not available where trading in financial instruments is prohibited by law.

5. Accounts and security

You can begin some parts of OnChart, such as the Traders DNA assessment, without an account. To access paid features you must create an account with accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Each subscription is for a single individual. Do not share your account. We may terminate accounts that show evidence of credential sharing. Notify us at support@onchart.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. The OnChart product

OnChart is delivered as a single web application at onchart.ai with five connected layers.

6.1 Traders DNA. A free, mobile-first behavioral assessment. You play through decision scenarios, and the system produces a report describing your trading tendencies, strengths, and risks. The report is educational. It is not a psychological diagnosis, a clinical assessment, or financial advice. Archetype classifications are simplified educational models, not professional profiles. The assessment captures how you make choices during the experience to generate the report; see our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

6.2 Suite and Radar (TradingView indicators). Invite-only Pine Script indicators published on TradingView. Access is granted on an active subscription and revoked on cancellation or non-payment. These tools display analytical overlays on TradingView charts. They do not generate buy or sell signals, execute trades, or connect to any brokerage. Any markers, labels, or scores they display are analytical conditions, not trading instructions. Your use of TradingView is also subject to TradingView's own terms.

6.3 SnowBall (market news analysis). An AI-powered tool that processes publicly available news and economic data into cause-and-effect chain analyses. SnowBall uses third-party AI models, including OpenAI's models.

SnowBall's analyses are AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or fabrications. AI-generated content does not represent our views or recommendations. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. SnowBall should never be the sole basis for any trading decision; verify information from independent sources before acting. SnowBall has no access to non-public or insider information.

6.4 Skill Tree. Structured educational content that teaches you how to use OnChart and read charts with method. It teaches tool usage and analysis, not trading signals or guaranteed outcomes.

6.5 The Floor. A community and progress layer built around our Discord server, with a profile, points, and levels surfaced across the app. Points and levels have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any financial instrument. They unlock status, roles, recognition, and access to educational content. The Floor is not gambling; points are earned through defined actions, not chance.

7. Subscriptions, pricing, and payments

7.1 Plans and pricing. OnChart is available on three plans: Monthly at $59.90, Quarterly at $149.90, and Yearly at $489.90, all in US Dollars. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers, who keep their current pricing until the first renewal after the notice period.

7.2 Free trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan activates and your payment method is charged.

7.3 Payment processing. Payments are processed by PayMe (powered by Isracard). OnChart does not store your card details. Payment processing is subject to PayMe's own terms and privacy policy.

7.4 Tax. Depending on your location, applicable tax may be added to your subscription fee. OnChart issues tax-compliant invoices as required.

7.5 Currency. All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.

8. Cancellation and refunds

8.1 Right to cancel (Israeli law). Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel a distance transaction within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. On valid cancellation within this period we will refund you within the period required by law, and we may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.

8.2 Money-back guarantee. Separately from the statutory right above, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from your first paid charge (not from the trial start). If you are unsatisfied, request a refund within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.

8.3 Voluntary cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account. On cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges apply.

8.4 Annual and quarterly plans. If you cancel a Quarterly or Yearly plan mid-term, you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time on these plans except as required by law.

9. Risk disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. A majority of individual traders lose money. Past performance, backtests, hypothetical scenarios, and any analytical output from our tools do not guarantee or predict future results.

You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, should consider consulting a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions, and should recognize that markets can change rapidly and unpredictably. OnChart bears no responsibility for any financial losses from your trading decisions, whether or not informed by our tools.

10. Intellectual property

All OnChart products, including Pine Script source code, algorithms, scoring logic, the design of the Traders DNA assessment, visual designs, educational content, and the structure of our analyses, are the exclusive property of OnChart. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal educational purposes during your active subscription.

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our indicators or app; reproduce, redistribute, or resell any OnChart content or tools; share your access credentials; scrape or programmatically access our applications; or use our content to build competing products. Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

11. Your content

If you post in our Discord community, share analyses publicly as part of OnChart activities, or provide testimonials, you grant OnChart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional and educational purposes. You keep ownership of your content and may request removal by emailing support@onchart.ai.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnChart's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of our services will not exceed the total amount you paid OnChart in the 12 months before the claim. OnChart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption. This applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnChart, its founder, and its partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your trading decisions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all OnChart services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct we determine violates these Terms, harms other users, or is otherwise objectionable. On termination for cause, no refund is owed. On termination without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused subscription fees on a pro-rata basis.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel. Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute by contacting support@onchart.ai, to which we will respond within 10 business days.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
